Choose a plan and subscribe

Every plan measures your store the same way. Plans differ in how much they cover. Signing up is one short flow on one page, and you connect your store straight after.

How the plans differ#

Every plan includes the daily recheck, the weekly comprehensive audit, the reports, the alerts and the Seyaq AI Assistant. What grows from plan to plan is capacity:

• Tracked shopping questions — the shopping questions Seyaq re-tests for your store over time.
• Tracked products — how many of your products get their own Arabic and English question in the weekly comprehensive audit.
• Competitors you monitor, and team seats for the people who use the account.
• Stores — the Scale plan covers several stores on one account. The other plans cover one store.
• Catalog size — how many products and categories Seyaq takes in from your store.

• Current plans and limits: see the pricing table. Prices appear in Saudi riyals in Saudi Arabia, in UAE dirhams in the UAE and the rest of the Gulf, and in US dollars elsewhere. Where prices are in US dollars, the secure checkout may charge the equivalent in your local currency. You keep paying in the currency you subscribe in.
• Monthly or annual: use the switch above the table. Annual billing costs less than twelve monthly payments, and the table shows how much you save.
• Store setup by Seyaq (optional, one-time): our team connects and checks your catalog, prepares your store information and tracked shopping questions, and reviews your first audit with you. The Store setup by Seyaq (optional) row in the table shows its price for each plan, or that it's free.
• Many stores or client accounts? Book a demo or contact us about a custom plan.

Subscribe in five steps#

   Choose your plan and billing cycle

   Open the signup page. Set the switch to Monthly or Annual, then press Select this plan under the plan you want. If you chose a plan in the pricing table, you go straight to the next step. From then on, the order summary shows what you're buying. To choose again, press Change in the summary.

   Create your account

   Enter your name, your store or business name, your store's platform and currency, your email, and a password of at least 8 characters. Then press Continue. If store setup isn't already included in your plan, you can tick Store setup by Seyaq to have our team set up your store. If you see the Continue with Google button, you can use it instead of an email and password. Google has already confirmed your address, so you skip the next step.

   Enter the 6-digit code from your email

   Type the code we email you. A correct code signs you in. Can't find it? Check your spam folder, or press Didn't get it? Resend the code. If you mistyped your address, press Wrong email? to fix it.

   Pay in the secure checkout

   Check the Due today amount, then press Pay. Enter your card in the secure checkout that opens on the page, and confirm the payment there. If tax such as VAT applies, it is shown before you pay. A business can also enter its tax ID (VAT or TRN number) there.

   Open your dashboard and connect your store

   Your plan activates as soon as the payment is confirmed, usually within seconds. Press Open my dashboard, then open the Connect store page from the sidebar to connect your store.

Already have an account, or got interrupted?#

• Already have an account? Press Sign in at the top of the account step. Your chosen plan comes with you. If your first payment is still due, you go straight to payment. If you already have a plan, the plan change page opens with the new plan ready to confirm — see Change, pay for or cancel your plan.
• Interrupted? Refresh the page, or sign in later, and you return to the step you were on. Your plan and details are kept.
• Closed the checkout without paying? Nothing was charged. Pay whenever you're ready from the same step.

What happens next#

• If confirming the payment takes longer than usual, you can already open your dashboard. We email you when the plan is active.
• Connect your store: Salla, Shopify, WooCommerce, or a product file or feed.
• After the first sync, Seyaq prepares your tracked shopping questions from your catalog and starts your first audit automatically.
• If you chose Store setup by Seyaq, our team is notified. You can follow its progress in the Plan and account section of your dashboard.
