Sign in to Salla if asked. Check that it's the store you want to connect, then approve. Seyaq reads your store details and products — never orders, customers or payments. Salla then sends you back to the Connect store page in Seyaq.
Let the first sync finish
Back on the Connect store page, a message confirms that Salla is connected and that the first full sync has started. If the connection did not complete, the message says why and what to do — see If something doesn't work. The page refreshes itself while the sync runs. When it finishes, the Store data sync section shows your product count and the Recent syncs list. The Store connected successfully section shows the addresses of your AI-readable catalog page and MCP endpoint (the address AI apps use to read your catalog).

What Seyaq takes from Salla#
- Product names and descriptions, in the language Salla provides. Seyaq never translates them.
- Prices (the sale price when it is lower), stock for each product and variant, and up to 10 images.
- Each product's main category and brand, and its link on your store, where shoppers complete the purchase.
- Products hidden in Salla arrive as drafts, which stay hidden from AI assistants.
Check the Store tools page — usually nothing to paste#
The Seyaq app adds your product data to your Salla storefront automatically. Store tools become available once the first sync has finished. Then open the Store tools page from the sidebar and press Verify now in the Verify installation section.
- Seyaq reads your published store pages and marks each check Found or Not found, then repeats the check every day. On Salla, the Readable by AI crawlers that do not run JavaScript check may show Not found, because the app adds the data with JavaScript. Your AI-readable catalog page and llms.txt (a summary file for AI tools) still give those crawlers your products.
- Not found yet? Wait a few minutes and verify again. Salla may first ask you to approve an update to the Seyaq app.
- Still not there? While the data hasn't been found, the page shows the Still not appearing? Add it manually option. If your Salla plan includes the JavaScript editor, paste the code it shows in Salla dashboard → Store Design → Customize → Theme Customization → JavaScript. Paste it exactly as shown, without a script tag.
- llms.txt — Salla publishes this file on your own domain, so there is usually nothing to do. If the page shows your Seyaq llms.txt address instead, add it as a link in your store footer.
What happens next#
- New and deleted products, and changes to prices, status, images, category or brand, reach Seyaq within minutes through verified notifications from Salla. Everything else, including edits to names and descriptions, arrives with the full sync that runs every day. To pull everything again now, press Sync products on the Connect store page.
- Once the first sync completes, Seyaq prepares your tracked shopping questions from your catalog and starts your first audit automatically. To review this setup any time, press Audit settings on the Visibility reports page.
- If your catalog is larger than your plan allows, the sync imports up to the limit and says so in the Store data sync section. Compare plans.
- Your score, competitors and priorities appear on your dashboard after that audit. See Read your dashboard.
Reconnect or disconnect#
- Access revoked or not renewed — Seyaq renews its Salla access on its own. If that fails, syncs show Failed in the Recent syncs list. Press Re-connect Salla (or Connect Salla, if that's what the page shows) and approve in Salla. Syncing then resumes.
- Seyaq app removed in Salla — the sync stops and the store is paused, but your products stay. Press Connect Salla to connect again, or connect the Salla store to another Seyaq store instead.
- Disconnecting from Seyaq — pressing Disconnect Salla stops the automatic sync and pauses the store. Your imported products stay, and you can reconnect any time. The Salla store is also free to connect to another Seyaq store.
