Before you start, you need:

  • An active Seyaq plan with a connected store.
  • At least one completed weekly comprehensive audit.

Seyaq keeps a record of every audit it runs for your store. This guide shows where to find each weekly report, how to compare one audit with the previous one, how to export a period, and which changes reach your inbox.

Open a weekly report#

  1. Open the Visibility reports page from the sidebar

The top card shows the latest audit's results by category. Below it, every audit is listed with its date, status, score and Answered, which is the share of questions that got an answer.

  2. Press View or Download PDF next to a weekly audit

Daily rechecks appear in the same list, marked Daily check — no separate report.

The weekly report is one document in Arabic and English. It covers:

  • Your recommendation visibility, with a line on the cover showing your score over time.
  • What the AI assistant understands about your store, and your results by category and language.
  • How the answers presented your store, from Recommended to Not shown, and which competitors appeared instead.
  • Your tracked products and the competing products that appeared.
  • Changes since the previous complete audit, storefront readiness, answer excerpts and your priorities.

Compare an audit with the previous one#

Select an audit's date in the list to open its detail page, which also has View report and Download PDF buttons. The page places the audit next to the previous comparable one, with the same questions and enough measured answers. It shows:

  • The score, Recommendation rate, Named first, Average position and Share of answers, each with its change.
  • How answers presented your store side by side, and Category and language results. Open Change vs previous by category and language to see the change in each cell.
  • You and your competitors, with each store's previous share.
  • Changes recorded in this benchmark, and Evidence from the answers: a representative sample of answer excerpts.

Export a period as PDF or CSV#

  1. Choose the period at the top of your dashboard

Open the Dashboard page from the sidebar and choose 30 days, 90 days, 6 months or All time. Exports always use the period on screen, so the files match the figures you see.

  2. Press Export and choose a file

The Summary report (PDF) is in the language of the page you are viewing. Under Data (CSV), each file holds one dataset, from Key figures to Tracked products.

The Period summary button on the Visibility reports page shows the same period as one web page, with the same figures and its own Export menu. Exports made by a team member never include plan or billing data.

Follow the change history#

Open the Changes page from the sidebar to see every movement recorded across your audits, newest first:

  • Your store gaining or losing a recommendation, and clear changes in its position, such as #3 → #1.
  • Competitors appearing or no longer appearing.
  • Tracked products starting or stopping to appear as an option.

Each row is marked Important or Info, and may include a short excerpt from the answer. Changes are recorded only between comparable audits.

Choose which emails you get#

Seyaq sends the account owner two visibility emails, each with its own checkbox for each store. The change alert is sent after a daily recheck, and only when something important changed: your store gained or lost a recommendation, or its position changed clearly. Competitor movement is never emailed; it stays in the change history.

  1. Open the Notifications page from the sidebar

The two checkboxes apply to the store you have selected.

  2. Tick or untick Send alerts when my store's visibility changes or Send alerts when the weekly audit report is published

Your choice is saved straight away and affects only that email. Audits keep running and reports keep appearing in your dashboard. Billing, account and security emails are always sent.

What happens next#

  • After each weekly audit, its row on the Visibility reports page shows Rendering… for a few minutes. Then View and Download PDF appear together, and the report email is sent at the same moment.
  • Each audit that can be compared with the previous one adds what moved to the Changes page. Your dashboard always reflects the latest weekly audit; see Read your dashboard.

If something doesn't work#

What you seeWhat to do
Rendering…The report is being prepared after the audit, and both files appear together when it is ready. Check back in a few minutes.
Limited coverageSome answers could not be measured. The score is valid for that audit, but it is not compared with the previous one.
Could not prepare the reportPress Retry report. The audit itself is kept. If it fails again, contact us.
Incomplete auditToo few answers could be measured, so no score is published. Seyaq runs the audit again automatically.
No report or alert emailsCheck the checkboxes on the Notifications page for that store, then your spam folder. These emails go to the account owner.
