Before you start, you need:

  • An active Seyaq plan, and a connected store whose first audit has finished.
  • Access to your store platform's admin, such as the Salla dashboard or Shopify admin, to edit products and pages.

After every audit, Seyaq turns what it measured into a short list of work. This guide shows how to choose a task, make the fix, record it and see what changed.

Read your task list#

Open the Dashboard page from the sidebar and find the Your tasks section. It comes first on a member's dashboard, and after the charts on the owner's. It has two parts:

  • Priority recommendations: gaps the latest audit measured. A gap can be a category scoring below the strong band (under 70), the AI assistant not clearly understanding what you sell, or a tracked product that was not recommended or listed. Each recommendation shows its evidence in one line, with a link to look closer.
  • Store issues: problems that get in the way, such as products with missing data, a failed sync, or Seyaq's setup missing from your storefront. Each one has a Fix this link to the page where you can fix it.

Recommendations are ranked by estimated impact: High impact, Medium impact or Low impact. The top five show first, and the button under them shows the rest. The impact label is Seyaq's estimate of which fix matters most, not a promise of a result.

Work through a recommendation#

  1. Start with the top recommendation and open its link

The link under each recommendation opens its evidence: See the category in the latest report for a category, Open tracked products for a tracked product, and Review your store details for brand understanding. Review your store details opens the Policies page.

  2. Make the change in your store

Let the evidence guide you. Typical fixes:

    • A category: complete the data of its products, including titles in Arabic and English, descriptions, images, prices and stock.
    • Brand understanding: make sure your store's own pages say clearly what you sell and who it is for, and that your policies are complete in both languages.
    • A tracked product: complete that product's data, and compare it with the competing products shown on the Product visibility page.
  3. Press Mark addressed once the change is in your store

The recommendation moves to Addressed recommendation history. Later audits compare its results with the moment you marked it.

  4. Press Dismiss if it doesn't apply to you

For example, it concerns a product you are about to stop selling. The recommendation moves to Dismissed recommendations and stays there until you reopen it.

What happens next#

  • Until the next comparable audit, an addressed recommendation reads: "We need one more complete audit to measure the change."
  • If that audit still finds the same gap, the recommendation returns to your open tasks, so a problem that still exists never drops out of sight.
  • If not, it stays in the history with a comparison of how its related tracked shopping questions moved: improved, unchanged or declined. This is a comparison, not proof that your change caused the result.
  • When a later audit no longer finds a gap, Seyaq closes the open recommendation by itself, even if you never marked it. It brings the recommendation back if the gap returns.
  • Category and brand recommendations are checked by every audit, including the daily recheck. Product recommendations are judged by the weekly comprehensive audit only, so they change at most once a week.
  • Changed your mind? Press Reopen to put an addressed or dismissed recommendation back on your list.

Fix gaps in your product data#

  1. List the products that need attention

Open the Products page from the sidebar and select the Needs attention filter. Only products with something missing are listed. Product data completeness scores each one from 0 to 100, and red labels name the gaps, for example Arabic title missing or Product image missing.

  2. Fix synced products in your store

Products from Salla, Shopify or WooCommerce are edited in your store's own admin, not in Seyaq, and the changes reach Seyaq within minutes. A product feed is read again every day. If you upload a file, upload the corrected one on the Connect store page.

  3. Edit products you added in Seyaq

Every product labelled Added here has an Edit button beside its name.

Then complete your policies in Arabic and English on the Policies page. Compatible AI tools read them word for word. See Make your store readable by AI tools.

Ask the Seyaq Assistant#

Every paid plan includes the Seyaq Assistant. To open it, press Seyaq Assistant in the bottom corner of any dashboard page.

  • It answers from your own store's reports, products and settings. Ask it which recommendation to start with, or what a figure in your report means.
  • Its focus follows your plan. On Visibility, it advises on improving your visibility. On Growth and Scale, it also advises on improving your recommendations.
  • When something needs your attention, such as a failed sync, a new chat suggests it first.
  • It reads your data but changes nothing. You make each change yourself.

A weekly routine#

A comprehensive audit runs every week. After each one:

  • Open the Dashboard page and clear Store issues first. A failed sync or missing data affects every other result.
  • Take the top one or two recommendations, fix them in your store, then press Mark addressed on each.
  • Complete a few products under the Needs attention filter.
  • Read last week's comparisons in Addressed recommendation history. Then open the Changes page from the sidebar to see what moved.
  • Not sure what to do next? Ask the assistant.

If something doesn't work#
