Before you start, you need:

  • An active Seyaq plan with a connected store.
  • A completed first audit. It starts automatically after your catalog's first sync.

Your dashboard turns each weekly comprehensive audit into one score, three plain sentences and a few charts. On screen, this audit is called a benchmark. Here is what each part means and what to do with it.

The score and its band#

The large number in the Summary section of your dashboard is your visibility score from the latest weekly audit, from 0 to 100. It measures how strongly one configured AI assistant with web search recommends your store, or lists it among the options. The assistant answers your tracked shopping questions, which never name your store. A recommendation counts more than a listing, and an earlier position counts more than a later one.

Visibility score, 0–100

Example: 50
03570100
  • Low0–34

Rarely recommended or listed for your tracked questions

  • Emerging35–69

Appears as an option for some questions, with clear gaps

  • Strong70+

Recommended or listed for many of your questions

BandScoreWhat it means
LowBelow 35Your store is rarely recommended or listed.
Emerging35 to under 70Your store is an option for some questions, with clear gaps.
Strong70 and aboveYour store is recommended or listed for many questions. Protect that position.

Under the score are two changes. vs previous benchmark is the difference in points from the previous comparable audit, and since start of period is the change since the start of the period you chose. Next, three short sentences say what happened, what it means and what to do. Select Do this next to open the page where you can act.

The four key figures#

FigureWhat it tells you
Recommendation rateThe share of answered shopping questions in which your store was recommended or listed among the options.
Named firstThe share of answered questions in which your store came first. Below it, Average position shows your usual place when you appear. A lower number is better.
Share of answersThe share of answered questions that named your store at all. Every competitor is counted on the same base.
Products appearingTracked products that were recommended or listed in at least one language. See Track your products in AI answers.

Check where a number comes from#

Every figure has an i button. It opens the figure's definition, Source, Period, Updated and Type. Each sentence in the summary also carries one of the four tags below, the same ones shown under Type:

TagMeaning
MeasuredTaken directly from the stored AI answers.
DerivedCalculated from measured results with a fixed rule, like the score and its change.
EstimateA judgement about what is likely to matter most, like the next step.
InterpretationA plain-language reading of the numbers.

Choose the period#

The tabs at the top of your dashboard set the period: 30 days, 90 days (the default), 6 months or All time. The period changes three things, on screen and in exports: the trend, the outcome mix and the change since the start of the period. Everything else always describes the latest weekly audit: the score, key figures, tasks, strengths and gaps, competitors and products.

Read the trend#

Each point in the Visibility over time chart is one comparable weekly audit, on a fixed 0–100 scale. Press Show as table under any chart to see the exact values. When your tracked questions change, for example after a new category is added, the line restarts on that date with a note. Earlier audits asked different questions, so they can't be compared. Follow the direction across several audits, not a single step.

Read the outcome mix#

In the How AI answers present your store chart, each column is one weekly audit. Its parts add up to 100% of the answered shopping questions. Only the first two outcomes count toward the score:

OutcomeMeaning
RecommendedThe answer actively recommended your store.
ListedThe answer listed your store among the options.
MentionedYour store was named in passing.
With a cautionYour store was named with doubt or a warning.
Not shownYour store did not appear.

A growing share of the first two outcomes means progress. If With a caution grows, read the answer excerpts in that audit's report.

Read strengths and gaps#

In the Strengths and gaps grid, each row is one of your product categories, with one cell for Arabic and one for English. Each cell holds the visibility score for that category's questions in that language. No question in this language means no question was asked in that language. Rows run from strongest to weakest, and the line under the grid names the strongest and the weakest. Start with the weakest cells in the categories that matter most to your sales. The Your tasks section ranks these gaps by estimated impact.

Compare yourself with competitors#

In the You and your competitors chart, each bar is the share of answered shopping questions that named that store. Your bar, You, uses the same base as every competitor, so you can compare the bars directly. A note shows how often a competitor was named without you. A New or No longer named badge marks a change since the previous audit. Questions about your brand or your tracked products are not counted here. Arabic and English spellings of a name are counted separately.

The competitor named most often without you shows where to focus. Seyaq shows who appeared; it does not claim to know why an answer chose them.

Owner and member views#

RoleWhat comes first
OwnerThe overall picture first: Summary, the charts and You and your competitors. Then Your tasks, Tracked products, Store health and Plan and account.
MemberYour tasks first, then Tracked products and Store health, then the same analysis. No plan or billing figures.

A two-minute weekly check#

  1. Read the score and its change

Open the Dashboard page from the sidebar. Compare the score with the previous comparable audit, not with the daily recheck, which asks fewer questions.

  2. Check any figure you are unsure about

Press the i next to it. It shows where the number comes from, which period it covers and whether it is Measured, Derived, an Estimate or an Interpretation.

  3. Find your weakest cells in Strengths and gaps

A low cell is a category and language where your store is rarely recommended or listed. It is a good place to start.

  4. Start with the first task in Your tasks

Tasks are ranked by estimated impact. See Act on your recommendations.

What happens next#

If something doesn't look right#

What you seeWhat to do
Your first benchmark is on its wayYour first audit starts after the first catalog sync. If nothing appears, open the Connect store page from the sidebar and check whether the sync failed.
No score this weekToo few answers could be measured. Rather than publish a misleading low score, Seyaq publishes none and runs the audit again automatically.
No comparable earlier benchmark yetThis happens when this is your first audit, when your tracked questions changed, or when this audit or the previous one could not measure enough answers. A change appears after the next comparable audit.
Some answers could not be measured, so this benchmark is not compared with earlier ones. The score is valid for this audit, but it is not compared with earlier ones. The comparison returns with the next complete audit.
The trend appears once two comparable weekly benchmarks exist.Choose a longer period, or wait for the next weekly audit.
