In this guide
Before you start, you need:
- A plan that includes product tracking. How many products you can track depends on your plan; see plans.
- Active products with titles that describe them, synced from your store or added in Seyaq.
Besides your store, the weekly comprehensive audit measures individual products. For each tracked product, you see whether AI answers recommend it in Arabic and in English, and which competing products the same answers named.

Measured in the weekly comprehensive audit
How a product is measured#
- Each tracked product gets two shopping questions of its own: one in Arabic and one in English. They describe the product without naming your store, and ask which products to buy and where.
- Products are measured in the weekly comprehensive audit only, not in the daily recheck.
- Product questions come out of your plan's tracked shopping questions; they never add to them.
- Product results are a separate signal. They never change your store's 0–100 score.
Choose which products to track#
You pin the products that matter most to you. Seyaq fills the remaining places with in-stock products that have the most complete data, spread across your categories.
Open the Products page from the sidebar
You can also press Choose products on the Product visibility page. The AI visibility column shows each product's latest result.
Press Track next to a product
The button appears for active products, in the AI visibility column. The Tracked filter lists your pinned products. The count beside it shows how many you have pinned out of your plan's allowance.

Until then, the product shows Tracked in the upcoming audit.
To stop tracking a product, press Untrack on the Products page or on the product's card. Seyaq may still pick that product itself later if it is among your strongest products.
Which products can be pinned#
- Active products only. Drafts and archived products can't be pinned.
- Products with a title that describes them. A title that is only a code, such as
NR-204, gives nothing to ask about. - One product per description. Variants described the same way, such as the same lamp in two sizes, share one question, so only one of them can be pinned.
- Up to your plan's limit. Untrack a product to pin another.
Read the Product visibility page#
Open the Product visibility page from the sidebar. Three figures at the top count Tracked products, Recommended or listed and Not appearing, followed by the date of the audit. Each product card shows:
- Its result in Arabic and in English (Recommended, Listed, Passing mention, With a caution or Not shown), with its position. #1 means first.
- Competing products for the same questions: the specific products the same answers named, with the seller, the price stated in the answer, and how many answers named them.
- An excerpt from the answer.
- Badges: Pinned or Auto-picked, and Now appearing or Stopped appearing since the previous audit.
Below the cards, the Products to be measured in the upcoming audit section lists the products the next audit adds. The Your products named in other answers section shows products from your catalog that were named in answers to your store's shopping questions.
What to do with the results#
- A tracked product that was not recommended or listed gets a priority recommendation in the Your tasks section of your dashboard. See Act on your recommendations.
- Complete the product's data: title, description, images, price and availability. The Needs attention filter on the Products page lists the products that need it.
- When a product starts or stops appearing between comparable weekly audits, the change is recorded on the Changes page.
What happens next#
- Pinned products are measured first in every weekly audit, and Seyaq fills any remaining places.
- A product that Seyaq picked stays tracked while it is in stock, so its weekly history continues.
- The Products appearing figure on your dashboard sums up the same results. See Read your dashboard.
If something doesn't work#
| What you see | What to do |
|---|---|
| This product can’t be measured on its own. It needs to be active and have a title that describes it. | Make sure the product is active and its title describes it. If the product is synced from your store, change it there. Then press Track again. |
| Another tracked product has the same description, so both would be measured with one question. Track a different product. | A variant you already track covers this question. Pin a different product. |
| A message that your plan's tracking limit is reached | Untrack a product first, or compare plans. |
| Product tracking isn't included in this plan | Your store is still measured as usual. To track products, see the plans that include product tracking. |
| No product results yet | Products are measured in the weekly comprehensive audit, so results appear after the next one. |
